IT41697: MQ 9.3 XMS .Net client hangs on dispose of ISession

Error description

• When XMS .Net client uses the following series of calls:
  1. create XMSFactoryFactory
       2. create IConnectionFactory
       3. create IConnection
       4. start IConnection
       5. create ISession
       6. create IDestination
       7. create IMessageConsumer
       8. ReceiveNoWait message from IMessageConsumer
       9. close IMessageConsumer
      10. rollback ISession
      11. dispose of ISession
  
  The application hangs during the dispose of ISession.
  

Local fix

• Set the channel Affinity to PREFERRED

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When dispose() was called, a coding error caused the connection
  entries to be not cleared properly causing hang when closing the
  connection.
  

Problem conclusion

• The coding error has been corrected to clear connection entries
  properly without causing any hangs when closing the connection.
