IT38491: dmpmqcfg objects missing when used with a z/OS queue manager

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the dmpmqcfg command is used with a z/OS queue manager,
  the channel authentication and subscription records are missing.
  

Local fix

• Use the SDEFS function of CSQUTIL on z/OS to produce a list of
  DEFINE commands describing the queue manager and queue sharing
  group objects.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  IBM MQ sends a MQIA_QSG_DISP(QMGR) filter parameter with certain
  PCF commands.  This filter is not valid for the PCF commands
  MQCMD_INQUIRE_CHLAUTH_RECS and MQCMD_INQUIRE_SUBSCRIPTION and so
  the dmpmqcfg command failed to retrieve definitions for these
  object types.
  
  This problem was introduced by the change made under APAR
  IT30487.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQIA_QSG_DISP filter attribute was removed for objects which
  do not support it.
