IT37625: Client MQGET can return before the whole message has been received from the server

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The MQGET in an MQ client should wait for a complete message to
  arrive before MQGET returns to the application.
  
  However, during a client reconnect, because of an inadequate
  internal state check, MQGET then returned immediately, even
  though the complete message had not been received from the
  server.  The result was that the application saw only part of
  the message.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Insufficient checking was being performed in the MQ client
  library code when reconnect processing occurred at the same time
  as a message was being delivered to the client.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been corrected so that a partial message cannot
  be returned through MQGET in these circumstances.
