Error description
MQNPM_CLASS_HIGH messages may be invisible if queue manager is restarted between MQGET and ABORTTRANSACTION or MQPUT and ENDTRANSACTION sequence until it is restarted again.
Local fix
Restart the queue manager.
Problem summary
During the restart of the queue manager, transactionally unfinished messages were not reloaded into the newly started amqcache processes.
Problem conclusion
