• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 'False' value for attribute CloseOnTimeout for process class
  SetsignalManager does not take effect.
  

Local fix

• Delete the 'CloseOnTimeout' attribute via
  runnscnf for the affected object.
  

Problem summary

• amqssmgr processes did not check for the correct 'false' value
  in case CloseOnTimeout is set and defaulted to true.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to check for the correct value
  in case CloseOnTimeout is set to false.
