APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On IBM MQ for HPE NonStop V8.1, high CPU load of
  amqpcsea/amqzlaa0 processes is noticed when application
  connection information is inquired for a connected application
  which has no opened objects.
  This situation should correct itself once the inquired
  application is not connected anymore.
  In case of 'amqfcxba:thread 1', it will require a restart of
  the command server, since amqfcxba is an internal process that
  does not end.
  

Local fix

• Restart the command server.
  

Problem summary

• APAR IT30619 introduced a regression
  causing an infinite loop within amqpcsea if application
  connection information is inquired for a connected
  application which has no opened objects.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to
  correctly return information about such processes.

• This situation should correct itself once the
  inquired application is not connected anymore.
  Should for example amqfcxba:thread 1 have been
  inquired a restart of the command server is
  required, since amqfcxba is an internal process
  that does not end by itself.
