    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A defect in DRBD caused the nodes to go into secondary state.
The issue is a match for a known defect in the underlying DRBD
libraries. The defect is described by the DRBD release notes as
    follows:

fix resync decision to obey disk states when the generation
UUIDs are equal; the effect of this bug was that you could end
up with two Outdated nodes after resync.

This issue has been fixed in DRBD 9.0.28

Problem conclusion

  • MQ code has been modified to update the DRBD version to 9.0.28.
