Error description

• The product documentation states: "The source agent for a
  message-to-file transfer cannot be a protocol bridge agent or a
  Connect:Direct® bridge agent."
  
  A message-to-file transfer request to a PBA as the source agent
  fails with rc=1 without displaying a message that the request
  type of transfer is not supported.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Performing a Message to File transfer on a MFT Bridge
  Agent(PBA), which is not supported.  Will fail, but be seen as a
  recoverable error and the transfer will be retried.
  
  eg.
  fteCreateTransfer -sa MFT_BRI_LNX_0 -sm QM1 -da MFT_BRI_LNX_0
  -df "localhost:/tmp/" -sq LQ1 -t text
  
  You may see a message indicating it has hit
  BFGCH0128E/BFGIO0340E in the ouput0.log.  The transfer request
  will be retried.
  
  output0.log:
  BFGCH0128E: Processing of transfer request with ID ''<Transfer
  ID>'' failed due to an exception ''BFGIO0340E: The transfer item
  "LQ1" is a queue. Queues are not supported by a protocol bridge
  agent..''.  Agent will attempt to process the transfer request
  again.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been change to fail the transfer request and return
  the following Supplement information for the transfer:
  
  BFGRP0038I: The file transfer request failed due to :
  BFGIO0340E: The transfer item 'QM1' is a queue. Queues are not
  supported by a protocol bridge agent..
