Error description

• When the IIB HTTP Listener process, biphttplistener is shutting
  down, The process to abends and
  generates a failure data capture (FDC) record with probe ID
  ZC004040 indicating an invalid
  eyecatcher for the internal IPC message.  The FDC record that is

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  An IIB (biphttplistener) HTTP Listener process thread completes
  and the thread ends, MQ detects the ending of the thread and
  closes the pipe. IIB then closes the open pipe handles during
  garbage collection and MQ failed to detect the pipe closed
  condition leading to an access violation when the invalidated
  pipe data was accessed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The pipe condition is now tested before the pipe is closed.
