IT32547: Improve tracing in amqscnxc

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A user ran the amqscnxc  sample on Linux x86_64 and received the
  error:
  MQCONNX ended with reason code 2139" (MQRC_CNO_ERROR)
  .
  A diagnostic trace was taken but the trace did not have enough
  information to get the root cause for the error.
  .
  Therefore, the purpose of this APAR is to improve the
  information provided in the tracing.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When developing a client application the MQRC_CNO_ERROR was
  sometimes insufficient to diagnose a problem with client
  connection
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional trace points have been added to the MQ client
  libraries to assist with problem diagnosis of connection option
  problems
