IT31917: MQ Explorer shows protocol value of [Unknown] in channel status of MQTT clients

Error description

• When using the MQ Explorer to display the channel status for
  connected MQTT clients, the value
  for the "Protocol" attribute shows up as "[Unknown]" instead of
  the actual protocol level.
  

Local fix

• Using runmqsc command:
  [DISPLAY CHSTATUS(*) CHLTYPE(MQTT) CLIENTID(*) ALL]

  channel status of connected MQTT clients.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using the MQ Explorer to display the channel status of
  currently connected MQTT clients, the "Protocol" value for these
  clients was displayed as "[Unknown]" instead of the actual
  protocol value, for any non-HTTP clients using the MQTT 3.1.1
  protocol. The channel status of clients connected using the MQTT
  v3 protocol, or using HTTP/JavaScript MQTT clients displayed
  their protocol values correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ Explorer's channel status display for connected MQTT
  clients now shows the correct protocol value for each client.
