    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
APAR IT28259 was taken to fix a problem when appliance queue
manager stops and restarts if errors file system is full.
However the code change under APAR IT28259 caused the wrong
error message AMQ7298 to be displayed to the user instead of
AMQ6531 if creating HA queue manager fails due to errors volume
    on remote appliance is full.

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM MQ appliance code has been modified to display correct
error message to the user if creating HA queue manager fails
because the errors volume on remote appliance is full.
