  The file transfer request has failed because an error occurred
  while sending a message to the destination agent's command
  queue.
  
  should be changed to reflect that it is an error and not
  informational.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The IBM MQ Managed File Transfer message BFGCL0181I was output
  when a source agent failed to contact a destination agent for a
  new file transfer.  The message represented an error condition
  but was an informational message, as indicated by the 'I' at the
  end of the message code.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ Managed File Transfer message BFGCL0181I has been
  updated to BFGCL0181E.
