Error description

  • MaxChannels attribute is the maximum number of channels that can
be current. When current defined maximum number of channels
value is crossed, AMQ9513 error message is logged.

AMQ9513: Maximum number of channels reached

But the above error message doesn't specify the current
    'MaxChannels' value.

Local fix

  • One way to check the current 'MaxChannels' value being used is
by dumping the values in a FDC. On windows platform 'amqldbgn'
command can be used to generate a diagnostic FDC.

    usage: amqldbgn -p PID
    or
kill -USR2 PID (on UNIX platforms)

In this particular case for 'PID' use the amqrmppa process ID
which will generate an FDC against the amqrmppa process which
    will dump 'MaxChannels' value.
