IT25596: The makedrprimary command hangs when attempting to resolve a partitioned state on the MQ Appliance

  the makedrprimary command from Step 3 above hangs without any
  output.
  When trying to perform any other Disaster recovery command in
  another SSH session it fails with an error stating that another
  HA/DR process is running.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  This issue affects users of the IBM MQ appliance who need to use
  the makedrprimary command to recover from a partitioned state
  within a DR configuration

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  This issue occurred if both sides of the DR group considered
  themselves the DR secondary (most likely if makedrsecondary had
  been run at both sites while the connection between the
  appliances was disrupted). This caused a deadlock when
  attempting nominate a new DR primary.
  

Problem conclusion

• The makedrprimary command has been updated to prevent the
  deadlock if both sides consider themselves the DR secondary.
