  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  After IT22165 was shipped in fix pack 8.0.0.10, further possible
  enhancements to this were identified.
  

Problem conclusion

• The internal logic of the original IT22165 has been altered in
  the MQ v8 release. The external behavior of the original IT22165
  change is unaffected by these alterations.
  
  For other releases, the enhancements have been made under the
  original IT22165 APAR.
