IT25424: mqccred and mqccred_r binaries are renamed when running runmqrascommand

Error description

• When running runmqras command in MQ 9.0, the exit library files
  mqccred and mqccred_r are renamed with suffix ".old".
  The following "Renaming" is seen in the trace:

• Modify the isa.xml file to remove references to amqicdir.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A coding error in the amqicdir utility meant that the files
  mqccred and mqccred_r were renamed in /var/mqm/exits when
  amqicdir was called with the -a flag. The runmqras utility
  invokes amqicdir -a to obtain diagnostic information, and
  calling amqicdir -a is not intended to modify the installation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The amqicdir logic has been modified so that files mqccred and
  mqccred_r are not renamed when amqicdir is called with the -a
  flag.
