Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users trying to start a queue manager after unexpected failures (e.g. queue manager crash because of a full file system). Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This problem occurred because of an inconsistency in acquiring and releasing the object catalog lock during queue manager restart.
Problem conclusion
