• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The error message indicates the file system unavailability when
  the addmqinf command was executed, likely when configuring HA.
  This error message can be ignored-
  
  AMQ5208: File '/var/mqm/vols/<qmgrname>/qmgr/<qmgrname>/qm.ini'
  missing.
  EXPLANATION:
  IBM MQ Appliance has detected that the file
  '/var/mqm/vols/<qmgrname>/qmgr/<qmgrname>/qm.ini' is missing.
  ACTION:
  If this is expected then this is not an error condition.
  If this is unexpected then investigate why the error has
  occurred.

  MQSystem.log shows-
  AMQ5602-W: Configuration information for the queue manager
  <qmgrname> has been added without access to one or more queue
  manager configuration files.

• Ignore the AMQ5208 error message.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The error AMQ5208 was reported because the queue manager file
  system is not available when configuring HA on an IBM MQ
  Appliance.  This is expected behaviour and the error message
  should have been suppressed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ code has been modified to suppress the AMQ5208 error
  message when configuring HA on the IBM MQ Appliance.
