Problem summary

    USERS AFFECTED:
Users using MQ queue managers with Accounting monitoring
    enabled.

    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
If application ends without disconnecting then an implicit
MQDISC is issued to free resources. As part of MQDISC accounting
data for the connection is put to the accounting queue. A
coding error caused this MQPUT operation to fail as some
internal resources had been prematurely freed before the MQDISC
operation began. The absence of these resources results in FDC
    records with ProbeID KN170060 , KN802010.

Problem conclusion

  • The MQ code is modified such that the required resources are
freed after the thread disconnects, and the accounting data has
been put to the accounting queue.
