IT17060: An alter channel for sender channel on parameter propctl fails with AMQ8405 syntax error

Error description

• In MQ v8.0.0.5/9.0.0.0, the ALTER CHANNEL runmqsc command for
  sender channel with parameter PROPCTL fails with AMQ8405 syntax
  error.
  
  For example:
  ALTER CHANNEL(SYSTEM.DEF.SENDER) CHLTYPE(SDR) PROPCTL(COMPAT)
  
  Results in the following error:
  
  AMQ8405: Syntax error detected at or near end of command segment
  below:
  ALTER CHANNEL(SYSTEM.DEF.SENDER) CHLTYPE(SDR) PROPCTL
  

Local fix

• Change the PROPCTL attribute using MQ Explorer or a PCF command

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Updates to the ALTER CHANNEL mqsc command  specification for
  sender channels at 8.0.0.5 unintentionally disabled the PROPCTL
  attribute entry, which meant the queue manager reported a syntax
  error if PROPCTL was specified when altering a sender channel
  definition.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ALTER CHANNEL mqsc command specification has been corrected
  to permit the PROPCTL attribute for sender channels.
