APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When "help dlthagrp" is executed, instead of providing usage
information, the dlthagrp command begins an attempt to remove
the HA configuration.

Local fix

  • Obtain information from the IBM MQ Appliance Knowledge Center.

Problem summary

USERS AFFECTED:
Users of the help command available in the IBM MQ Appliance
MQCLI.
Users attempting to get help for the dlthagrp command are
specifically affected.


Platforms affected:
MultiPlatform

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The problem was caused by an incorrect internal parameter being
used to invoke the dlthagrp command when usage information was
requested by the user.

Problem conclusion

  • The problem has been corrected with a change to the code that
now passes the correct parameter to dlthagrp so that it can
produce the usage information correctly and not attempt to
process the command.
