• WMQ version 7.5 onwards generates a failure data capture (FDC)
  record with probe id XC514090 from xlsRWMutexRequest with the
  following stack:

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error in the publish/subscribe broker within the MQ
  queue manager presented a timing window which could cause a
  subscription lock count to be recorded incorrectly. This would
  then mean that the lock was not fully released, which would in
  turn prevent the MQCLOSE operation associated with that
  subscription from completing successfully, resulting an FDC
  record with probe id XC514090 xecL_W_LONG_LOCK_WAIT.
  

Problem conclusion

• The lock count mechanism within the publish/subscibe broker of
  the MQ queue manager has been corrected.
