Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  WebSphere MQ is not honouring the value supplied by the exit in
  the ExitSpace field of the MQCXP structure.
  
  You may see one of the following errors: AMQ9195 or AMQ9209.
  
  WebSphere MQ trace of the problem will contain
  rrcE_EXIT_DATALEN_GT_MAXSEGLEN.
  

Local fix

• If the MQRC_TRUNCATED_MSG_FAILED return code can be avoided by
  passing in a larger buffer up front then this should cause the
  error to be avoided.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A channel send exit should expect to be able to use at least
  ExitSpace bytes of the transmission buffer for its own purpose.
  If a MQRC_TRUNCATED_MSG_FAILED return code is returned to a
  consumer then the send exit receives a buffer length that does
  not reserve the requested ExitSpace.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was corrected so that the buffer length that is passed
  to the send exit reserves ExitSpace number of bytes.
