Error description

• During the rollback of uncommitted messages FDCs with Probe Id
  AT044003 from atxRollback with error code STOP_ALL followed by
  FDC AO175001 from aouLockQHandle with error code
  krcE_UNEXPECTED_ERROR
  were generated by the same thread in amqzlaa0(MQ API) process.

  using applications which put and get messages inside syncpoint/a

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  This problem occurred because MQ did not release the queue
  handle locks associated with queues involved in a failed
  transaction.
  

Problem conclusion

• MQ has been modified to the release the queue handle locks in
  case of transaction failures.
