Error description

• When displaying channel authentication records there are
  some records found to be missing from the set of returned
  results.
  
  Attempting to redefine the missing objects will result in an
  error because although they are not displayed, the channel
  authentication records do exist.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A buffer is used internally to return a list of channel
  authentication records and if the number of records exceeds the
  available buffer space then a warning is meant to be returned
  and a larger buffer provided. In this case, the return code
  which contained the warning was ignored and so only a subset of
  channel authentication records are returned.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed so that the internal "buffer too small"
  warning would be interpreted correctly and so the inquire
  channel authentication records operation would be called again
  but with a larger buffer.
