Error description

• The WebSphere MQ Managed File Transfer parameter,
  "coordinationSubscriptionTopic", introduced by APAR IC76641 was
  implemented only for command line tools such as fteListAgents.
  
  WebSphere MQ Explorer is unable to make use of this new
  parameter.

  This issue affects users of:
  - The WebSphere MQ File Transfer v7.0.4 plug-in to WebSphere
  MQ Explorer
  - The WebSphere MQ Managed File transfer plug-in to WebSphere MQ
  Explorer
  - The "fteListTemplates" command supplied with WebSphere MQ File
  Transfer and WebSphere MQ Managed File Transfer
  
  who have configured their file transfer environment to make
  use of a non-default Subscription Topic, via use of the
  "coordinationSubscriptionTopic" property.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The IBM WebSphere MQ Message File Transfer "fteListTemplates"
  command and the IBM WebSphere MQ Explorer MFT plugin subscribe
  to the topic "SYSTEM.FTE" by default.
  
  This behaviour can be altered by the use of a new property,
  introduced by APAR IC76641, called
  "coordinationSubscriptionTopic", which changes the
  subscription topic which the tooling uses.
  
  There was no mechanism in place to use this property within
  the WebSphere MQ Explorer, or the "fteListTemplates" command,
  which meant that these tools could only operate with the use
  of the default topic "SYSTEM.FTE" regardless of the value
  assigned to the "coordinationSubscriptionTopic".
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to allow the fteListTemplates
  command and the WebSphere MQ Explorer FTE/MFT plugin to use a
  different topic to subscribe to if the
  "coordinationSubscriptionTopic" has been set in the
  coordination.properties file.
