Error description

• While trying to use Extended Transaction Client with a copy of
  WebSphere MQ stand alone client an FDC is received:
  
  Probe Id :- ZS137001
  Component :- zslGetLicenseInfo
  Major Errorcode :- zrc_CSPRC_LICENSE_NOT_INSTALLED
  Probe Description :- AMQ7128: No license installed for this
  copy of WebSphere MQ

  zslGetLicenseInfo
  xcsFFST
  
  In addition to the FDC, an AMQ7128 error is outputted into the
  error logs and XA fails to work.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users attempting to use Extended Transaction Client with a
  stand alone Client version of WebSphere MQ 7.0 or
  WebSphere MQ 7.1
  
  Platforms affected:
  All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  This problem is caused by the license checking code still being
  present in the XAOPEN call code. As such when a call of XA is
  made MQ attempts to check for a valid license even though we no
  longer require one.
  

Problem conclusion

• The XAOPEN call code is modified to remove the license checking
  code so we no longer attempt to check for a license.
