Error description

• When sending a file with spaces in its name, to a Web Gateway
  agent, the file is transferred correctly to the file space but
  the name displayed in the Sample Web Page is incorrect. The file
  name is truncated at the point where the first space occurs.
  If the file is downloaded from file space, the complete name and
  the extension of the file are lost.

  This issue affects users of the WebSphere MQ Managed File
  Transfer V7.5, who are using the Web Gateway and viewing
  uploaded files in the Sample Web Page, and the files were
  uploaded using a name which contained one or more space
  characters.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When a user transfers a file to the Web Gateway, a web agent
  on the same system as the Web Gateway application transfers
  the file to the file space that the user specified in the
  transfer request. The user can than use the Sample Web Page to
  view and download their files. When sending a file with one or
  more space characters in its name the file is transferred
  correctly to the file space but the name displayed in the Sample
  Web Page is incorrect. The file name is truncated at the point
  where the first space occurs. If the file is downloaded from the
  file space, the complete name and the extension of the file
  are lost.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebSphere MQ Managed File Transfer Web Gateway code has been
  updated so that the Sample Web Page can now correctly display
  files with names containing one or more space characters, and
  users can now download these files successfully.
