Error description

• The V7 client processing for MQGET wait calls with
  MQGMO_LOGICAL_ORDER was incorrect.
  
  Group and segmented messages could be returned in the incorrect
  order. Also, the first message of a group would be returned
  immediately but subsequent messages would be returned when the
  wait interval expired.

  V7 client applications that use MQGMO_LOGICAL_ORDER when
  connected to a V7 queue manager.
  
  Platforms affected:
  All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows)

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  A V7 client MQGET wait call uses asynchronous consume on the
  queue manager (when the queue manager is also at V7).
  The asynchronous consume code was not setting the correct
  message sequence number, offset and match options when
  MQGMO_LOGICAL_ORDER was set.
  

Problem conclusion

• The asynchronous consume code has been updated to set the
  correct message sequence number, offset and match options when
  MQGMO_LOGICAL_ORDER is set.
