Error description

Local fix
Install the MQC7 client supportpac at the desired level.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All Windows users of client only installations applying maintenance Platforms affected: Windows **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: When applying 7.0.0.1 on top of a 7.0.0.0 installation, the runmqckm.exe and strmqikm.exe files are not upgraded to the 7.0.0.1 versions. These files are correctly replaced on upgrade of a server installation.
Problem conclusion
