Error description

• HTML Element, when used a anchor tag, so the anchor tag will be
  left as user original input, and no auto closing
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• User is not able to create a open anchor tag without closing it
  in HTMLCmpnt due to the auto closing feature for the HTMLCmpnt.
  

Problem conclusion

• This auto closing feature is by design. Add more logic to
  parser, if it sees a open anchor tag without closing, then
  original user input will be kept instead of closing it.
  
  A fix for this problem is available for WCM 6.0.1.3 from Fix
