Error description

• If a published item with one or more versions is migrated from a
  previous version of WCM, then the last modified date of the
  published item is set to the date at which the last version was
  created.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• During migration published items with versions have their last
  modified date set to the last versions date
  If a published item with one or more versions is migrated from a
  previous version of WCM, then the last modified date of the
  published item is set to the date at which the last version was
  created.
  The version creation routines within WCM (that are called during
  the version import) have to update the associated published item
  to add a reference to the versioned item. As this update causes
  the underlying repository to touch the last modified date of the
  item, the migration engine needs to restore the original last
  modified date of the item after the version is created.
  

Problem conclusion

• The versioning service within WCM was modified to provide a new
  option to restore the last modified date of the item that has a
  version created, this new option is now utilised by the version
  importer
  
  A fix for this problem is available for WCM 6.0.1.3 from Fix
