Error description
Can not publish binaries if information server is installed in a non default location. Can not import published jobs if the username supplied in the Gitcli tool differs in case with the user name logged in when setting up the git user using DFD UI.
Local fix
User ID enter correct cases chmod 777 for directory /IBM/InformationServer/Clients/DFD/
