APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the IIS client is installed in Spanish, the Data Rule
  Stage uses Spanish names for the generated columns (e.g. "ID de
  registro" instead of "Record ID").
  
  The job fails when those Spanish system-generated columns are
  used (no matter where it's run from, the design keeps the
  Spanish name and fails). If the job is created from an English
  client, the name of the columns is the English one and the job
  works.
