Error description

• Today the result of the execution of an Information Analyzer
  Data Rule captures:
  - Total number of records tested
  - number passed
  - number failed
  - In the case of an IF THEN condition in the Data Rule
  Definition logic, the records not verifying the IF are counted
  as passing records, so that you always have
  numberPassed+numberFailed=totalNumberOfRecords
  - A proposed change would be: In the case of a IF THEN rule,
  number passed could contain the count of records passing both
  the IF and THEN. That would mean that for such rules
  numberPassed+numberFailed would likely be less than the
  totalNumberOfRecords
  - However, totalNumberOfRecords would still contain the total
  number of tested records... the total number of records that
  passed the THEN clause (that passed the filter)
  - numberPassed, the number of qualifying records passing the
  THEN condition
  - numberFailed, the number of qualifying records failing the
  THEN condition
  - From there, counting the number of qualifying records would
  be the same as numberPassed+numberFailed
