Error description

• When a job sequence executes a job with Netezza connector in
  Validate only mode, the connector performs Before SQL, Table
  action and Temporary work table creation statements
  unexpectedly.

  Netezza connector users executing jobs with Netezza connector in
  'Validate only' mode from job sequences
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Netezza connector executes Before SQL, Table action and
  Temporary work table
  creation routines unexpectedly when job is run in Validate only
  mode.
  The problem is caused by the fact that all the mentioned actions
  are performed
  as part of schema reconciliation step.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install APAR patch

Problem conclusion

• The following changes address the problem:
  - move Before SQL, Table action and Temporary work table
  creation handling
    to CC_NZAdapter::preRun.
  - create temporary table for schema reconciliation in case table
  action is set
    to create or replace to avoid situation when target table does
  not exist yet
    at schema reconciliation time
