the IDOC Stage Editor

  • have the DSDesign.exe  increase stack size

Problem summary

USERS AFFECTED:
DataStage users who load large IDOCs using the IDOC Connector
available in the SAP pack.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Large IDOCs cause the Designer stack to overflow due to
memory usage in the Plugin GUI framework.

RECOMMENDATION:
Apply patch JR59445.
*************************************************************

Problem conclusion

  • Apply patch JR59445.

Temporary fix

  • Use EditBin to increase dsdesign.exe stack.
