JR58865: IGC: Type of Lineage report added to the exported .pdf file

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the .pdf file generated from the display of a Lineage, there
  was no indication of the type of Lineage as "Data Lineage ..."
  or "Business Lineage ..." unlike in IGC GUI.
  The type of report is now added.
