APAR status

Error description

• The IGC code also needs to handle the case when a user ID is no
  longer valid.  IGC is using user IDs from XMeta columns
  XMETA_CREATED_BY_USER_XMETA and XMETA_MODIFIED_BY_USER_XMETA in
  their UI (see comment 59).  If a user ID from one those columns
  becomes invalid then it causes issues, such as the one that was
  worked in this collaboration.  User IDs can become invalid for
  a number of reasons - the customer switches to a different user
  registry, a user leaves the company and the ID is deleted, etc.
  
  It might be best to create a separate column for the user ID
  that the IGC UI uses.  That way it could be updated by IGC code
  if the user ID becomes invalid.  XMeta does not provide an
  interface to update the values in the
  XMETA_CREATED_BY_USER_XMETA and XMETA_MODIFIED_BY_USER_XMETA
  clumns.
  

Local fix

Problem summary
