JR58257: WHEN IA THIN CLIENT USER TRIES TO ACCESS DATASET TO VIEW ANALYSIS RESULT, ERROR: (USER) DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH PRIVILEGES.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When IA thin client user attempts to view dataset analysis
  results for an IA project created by another user, they receive
  popup error dialog with message:
    (user) doesn't have enough privileges to access the service
    method.  User is not a Project administrator.
                                                                 .
  Note, the above behavior occurs with Information Server 11.5
  fix pack 2, service pack 1.  Prior to service pack 1, user may
  receive different message relating to getWrkspGovernanceDetails
  permission.
  

Local fix

• User is able to click OK and proceed, but popup error will
  occur each time opening a datset and certain other actions,
  unless user also has Admin role or created the dataset.

• Error when viewing datasets or specific fields through the IA
  thin client
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in 11502 SP2
