Error description: LIST.READU only shows the 9 least significant digits of inodes on UNIX. This is a problem when using this information to execute UNLOCK INODE i.node.number ALL. The lock(s) won't actually be removed because i.node.number doesn't match the value in the lock table(s).
Local fix
UNLOCK INODE should work if passed the correct inode number from the OS level.
Problem summary
LIST.READU only displays 9 digits of inode on UNIX.

Fix formatting to correctly show inodes.
Temporary fix
