APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Error description:
LIST.READU only shows the 9 least significant digits of inodes
on UNIX. This is a problem when using this information to
execute UNLOCK INODE i.node.number ALL. The lock(s) won't
actually be removed because i.node.number doesn't match the
    value in the lock table(s).

Local fix

  • UNLOCK INODE should work if passed the correct inode number
    from the OS level.

Problem summary

  • LIST.READU only displays 9 digits of inode on UNIX.

Problem conclusion

  • Fix formatting to correctly show inodes.
