  The SQL coded with the "LIMIT ALL" options are subject to this
  error. When the "LIMIT ALL" clause is removed from the SQL
  sentence, the parsing of the SQL Statement was done
  successfully, without the error. The appropriate change was
  added into the IGC parsing module to handle this problem, new
