Error description

• ODBC CC job fails if ConenctionString contains explicit
  information about DSN and Database without username and
  password properties having values.

  but ConnectionString contains "DSN=" string. The job aborts with
  "Parallel job reports failure (code 139)"

  Apply Patch JR58059

Problem conclusion

• As the Username and password properties don't have a value given
   by  the user they are considered to be  null  and accessing
  those null values caused the issue. So, made changes in the code
   to check for null condition before using username or password
  properties values.
