Local fix

• Downgrade WAS Liberty to any version from 8.5.5.5 to 8.5.5.8.
  
  Alternatively, the issue can be fixed by applying ISF 11.5
  Rollup Patch
  8 or later, or applying Information Server 11.5 Service Pack 2.

   Liberty Class Loader.
