Error description
Common Connector server framework is not honoring the scale value defined for timestamp field in a source context. For exmaple, in SQL Server, datetime type has 3 digits fractional second precision. But DataStage job such that ODBC Connector --> Sequential File output the datetime column value with 6 digits fractional seconds. 2017-03-29 07:15:00.267 in SQL Server datetime column becomes 2017-03-29 07:15:00.267000 in the DataStage output file.
