  "Error: Invocation Id '<id>' already exists and is not in a
  runnable state. The job <job name> is either currently
  executing, or it needs resetting."

  The problem impacts users attempting to restart multi-instance
  jobs from the director when the job has been stopped.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When selecting a job with an instance ID from the director
  it cannot be restarted if the job had been stopped. An error
  message is produced.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch JR55014

Problem conclusion

• Removed an erroneous restriction that resulted in an error if a
  run is commenced for a stopped multi-instance job.
