Error description

• GreenPlum Connector read jobs might abort intermittently with a
  SIGSEGV error showing the crash in processNextRecord function.
  The rerun of the job might complete successfully in majority of
  the times. The other errors that might occur are Invalid Date
  format or Invalid Year format etc.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• GreenPlum Connector read jobs abort intermittently with SIGSEGV
  errors. This problem happens when there are multiple rows with
  multiple fields are having NULL values in them. The callstack
  from the core dump file shows the function: processNextRecord.
  Also, there could be errors like Invalid Year format or Invalid
  Date format or Invalid <data> format errors may be seen when the
  job aborts.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected to overcome the problem reported.
  

Temporary fix

• If the data to be read has no NULL values in all of the
  fields, this problem will not occur.
