Error description

• DataStage administrator does not allow to copy the project
  roles from one project to another project check box is disabled
  / grayed out
  

Local fix

• Use dsadmin command line to perform action.:
  
  dsadmin -createproject ProjectName [-location ProjectLocation]
  [-copyroles <sourceproject>]
  

Problem summary

  DataStage Admin client users where the Engine tier is installed
  on a non-default port.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  There are no projects shown as potential source projects for the
  "copy roles" function on project creation.
  the value tab to be incorrectly deleted and to get out of step.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply client fix JR54756

Problem conclusion

• Fixed project retrieval and comparison to cope with non-default
  engine ports
  

Temporary fix

• Apply required roles to new project using the admin  client,
  once the project is created.
