APAR status

Error description

  • While importing metadata via IMAM using DB2Connector, the
Accelerated-only tables created on DB2 z/OS version 10 were not
being taken into consideration by the connector, thus resulting
in an unsuccessful import.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Assets are not getting imported from DB2 z/OS, unavailable
support for AOT in Bulk Metadata Import of DB2 Connector.

RECOMMENDATION:
Install patch JR54700
****************************************************************

Problem conclusion

  • Made the code changes in DB2 Connector BMDI to import
Accelerator-Only Tables from DB2 z/OS.
